Greetings from Belgium! First visit: Bruges (to the North-West). We enjoyed touring the city in spite of the pouring rain (and bits of snow!). Even tough they were frozen and wet, most students were very much interested in the guide’s commentary. We learnt a lot about the city’s past wealth. We eventually found solace in Den Huzaar, a nice eaterie near the canal. So far, so good!
Monday 29 November: spent the day in Brussels and enjoyed the city’s landmarks: the Atomium, the (infamous) Heysel stadium, chips and waffles! And no rain!
Day 3 : Erasmus students playing ice-breaking games, visiting the Museum of European History. It’s all about love in the end, isn’t it?
